Individual Graduation Plans

March 7th, 8th & 9th
All 8th grade students

This is a required meeting for the parent / guardian (or appointed designee) and the student in order for the student to be scheduled at Broome High School next year.

Meetings will be held in the Guidance Suite and will last around 20 minutes. 

You may schedule your meeting by returning the sign-up sheet, calling the Guidance Office at 279-6413 or by e-mail at:  SFischer@spartanburg3.org.   Meetings will be scheduled on a first come first serve basis. Reminder / Appointment slips will be sent home in the beginning of March.

Girls Day @ Converse College
Friday, March 16 2012
9:15 am – 3:00 pm
Registration Due: March 14, 2012
Applications available in the guidance office

Girls Day is an annual event offering opportunities for young girls ages 5 – 12 a day to call their own.

This is a FREE event and lunch will be provided for the participants.

Girls must dress appropriately for light physical activity.

Led by Converse faculty, staff, students and student athletes, participants will experience a day full of activities to include: sports, art, theatre, interactive science lab and music.

 


 

Cowpens Middle School has been awarded a Youth Touch (YT) grant through Golden Rod Research. This grant will provide robotics equipment for second semester and provide opportunities for our students to begin experimenting with areas that lead into the Green Stem Program at Broome High School.
